
Marc Heske studied Economics (B.Sc.) and International Business (M.Sc.) at Maastricht University.
He began his professional career at Roland Berger, where he advised banks in the German-speaking region on strategy and efficiency topics within the financial services sector.
He subsequently joined Deutsche Bank AG, where he spent several years in Group Strategy, working on the strategic development of the private banking business and supporting bank-wide transformation programmes.
Prior to joining the Management Board of Deutsche Oppenheim Family Office AG, Marc Heske worked at DWS. As Head of Client Experience, Marketing & Digital Sales, he was responsible for the digital transformation of the global sales organisation, the development of data-driven steering models, and the implementation of modern digital client interaction capabilities.
Since 2026, Marc Heske has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Deutsche Oppenheim Family Office AG. He initially assumes his role as an authorised representative. The formal appointment to the Management Board will follow the usual approval by the German financial supervisory authority, BaFin.
